This Privacy Policy explains how NexaStore collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our WhatsApp-first storefront platform.

1. Information we collect
When you create or use a NexaStore account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, store name, business type, business category, store description, location, product details, product images, logo, banner, and other information you choose to add to your storefront.
We may also collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and usage activity to keep NexaStore secure and improve the product.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your NexaStore account, help you build and publish your storefront, display your public store page, enable WhatsApp order redirects, provide support, improve the product, and protect the platform from misuse.
We may use your email address to send important account-related messages such as signup verification, password reset, product updates, or support communication.
3. Public storefront information
When you publish a store, some information becomes publicly visible. This may include your store name, store description, business type, location if added, WhatsApp contact, logo, banner, products, prices, product descriptions, and product images.
Do not add information to your public store that you do not want customers or visitors to see.
4. WhatsApp order redirects
NexaStore helps customers start an order conversation through WhatsApp. When a customer clicks a WhatsApp order button, they are redirected to WhatsApp with a message related to the selected product or store.
NexaStore does not control WhatsApp conversations, delivery, payments, refunds, or communication that happens outside the NexaStore platform.
5. Third-party services
NexaStore uses third-party services to run the product, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, and email services. These providers may process data only as needed to provide the service.
For example, NexaStore currently uses services such as Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Vercel for hosting and deployment.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe and for ensuring that the information you upload to your store is accurate and appropriate.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account or store is active, or as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent misuse.
If you want to request deletion of your account or store data, you can contact us by email.
8. Your choices
You can update your store details, products, images, and publishing status from your NexaStore dashboard.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
9. Children’s privacy
NexaStore is intended for business owners and is not designed for use by children. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as NexaStore evolves. When we make changes, we will update the date on this page.
