By creating an account, using NexaStore, or publishing a store on NexaStore, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use NexaStore.

NexaStore is a WhatsApp-first storefront builder that helps small businesses create online storefronts, list products or menus, choose templates, share store links, and receive customer order inquiries through WhatsApp.

NexaStore is not a payment gateway, delivery provider, logistics company, marketplace, or customer support provider for your business.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login details secure.

You must provide correct business and contact information, including your WhatsApp number, so customers can contact the right business.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You are responsible for the store information, product details, images, prices, descriptions, menu items, business claims, and any other content you upload or publish through NexaStore.

You must not upload illegal, misleading, harmful, offensive, copyrighted, stolen, or unauthorized content.

You must ensure that product images, brand names, descriptions, and prices used in your store are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

NexaStore helps customers start a WhatsApp conversation with your business. Any conversation, order confirmation, payment, delivery, refund, cancellation, or dispute happens between you and your customer.

NexaStore is not responsible for failed orders, incorrect prices, unavailable products, delayed responses, delivery issues, refunds, or disputes between businesses and customers.

NexaStore may offer free and paid plans with different limits, such as product limits, image limits, templates, branding options, or other features.

Plan limits, pricing, and features may change as NexaStore evolves. We will try to communicate important changes clearly.

During early access or MVP stages, some features may be experimental, limited, changed, or removed.

You agree not to use NexaStore for illegal products, scams, misleading businesses, spam, phishing, impersonation, abusive content, or activities that violate applicable laws.

You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse NexaStore or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove stores that appear to misuse the platform or violate these terms.

NexaStore, including its name, interface, design, platform, code, and branding, belongs to NexaStore or its respective owners.

You retain ownership of the business content you upload, such as your logo, product images, descriptions, and store information. By uploading content, you give NexaStore permission to host, display, process, and use that content as needed to provide the service.

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of NexaStore at any time. We will try to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

NexaStore may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party service issues, or technical problems.

NexaStore is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaStore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the platform.

You are responsible for your business operations, products, customer communication, payments, taxes, deliveries, and legal compliance.

You may stop using NexaStore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for NexaStore, other users, or customers.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as NexaStore grows. When we make changes, we will update the date on this page.
